This is an awesome in-home workout machine! It's compact design makes it great for apartments too. Has wheels on the bottom back, so very easy to tilt and move to wherever you want to use it...just make sure you have
Enough space to extend the sliding bench portion (leg press, quads, rowing etc.

Comes with every piece you can imagine incl. mat, all handles and squat apparatus.

It will be dismantled for you, and is is very easy to transport.

I'm moving and really had to be persuaded to let it go. Really smart and fabulous buy.
